The Food and Drug Administration approved a little blue pill called Viagra to combat erectile dysfunction (ED), which has been nicknamed "Viagra's little blue pill."
Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, has been nicknamed a "little blue pill" due to it being so effective that it can treat the condition for up to 36 hours.

Bourla says that in some countries Viagra can be purchased without a prescription.
